Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant Evolve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Our Content: The Evolve brand, logo, manifesto, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate guidelines
  • Moderate content at our discretion

Users can delete their own posts and comments at any time.

Donations & Payments

Donations to support Evolve are processed securely through Stripe. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We do not store your payment information—all payment data is handled by Stripe.

Disclaimer

Evolve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of user-generated content
  • That the service will meet your specific needs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
